1. Frankincense

2. Black pepper

Black pepper essential oil is great for detoxification as it successfully removes toxins from the organs. It promotes sweating and urination but also strengthens the immune system. In addition, it is great for digestion. Take 1 to 2 drops daily.

4. Ginger

This is one of the greatest fighters against hangovers. Ginger is an excellent digestive medicine that relieves stomach aches, dizziness and headaches. It can also be consumed in the form of tea, food supplement or powder, mixed with water. Ginger tea with honey and lemon juice is an excellent remedy for hangovers.

5. Citruses: grapefruit, lemon, orange

Try to keep the water a little warmer than usual and you need to soak for 20 to 30 minutes. There are several suitable mixtures but two stand out:

  • For the first one, you need half a cup (or 2/3) of bitter (or sea) salt, 2 tablespoons of ground ginger and 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice. Mix everything and put it in a bath with warm water.
  • For the second mixture, prepare 2/3 cup sea salt, 1/3 cup baking soda, 1 cup apple cider vinegar and 2,5 tablespoons ground ginger. Mix everything in a tub of warm water and soak for 20 to 30 minutes to flush out toxins through the skin.

Freshwater and fruit, hot chicken soup and a lot of rest can also help you when fighting hangovers. It’s fine if you have a couple of drinks from time to time but know your limits and take care of your health!
